Sims will not complete given orders

Hello, 🙂

I too am experiencing the same issue. After update the game is basically unplayable. Sims will no longer complete any prompt. They are moving, looking around, scratching, looking at their phones, but will not react to prompts. I have ZERO mods, or custom content of any sort.  I have all the updates.

    @ninaw1051 Have you done all the usual troubleshooting steps ?

    1. Repair the game

    2. Delete Cache files
    3. Check another household if that has the same issues to determine if it's an issue with the household ?
    4. Check another save game to see if it also happens there ?

    This greatly helps to determine what could be the cause of this.

    EDIT: Going to split this to it's own thread as it's unclear if OP has mods/cc.
