Sims wont work even though I deleted everything

I finally decided to try and get my sims to work after giving up on it ages ago but now it seems to be even worse. I deleted and redownloaded the whole game and packs, all the mods, the saves folder ...

Is this occurring when you test a new save game file with no mods in your game? I am just checking if that is the case. Also did you uninstall using the uninstall option, then reinstall.

    Thank you for your help!! Yeah! it happens like as soon as i load up the game and start a new save :(. I haven't tried the uninstalling option tho so I'll try that now!!
