Snowy Escape is not Playable

I recently acquired The Sims 4 expansion pack, Snowy Escapes. Unfortunately, I'm encountering an issue where the content is inaccessible; I'm unable to interact with any elements within the Snowy Escapes world. Despite attempting to resolve the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the expansion pack, the problem persists. I would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving this matter.
