After the new update, I opened my Sims 4 game and went to the gallery. Everything had red x's on them; if I clicked on them, it would say 'item is corrupted'. I've tried everything I've been to the EA answers HQ, I've tried everything there and nothing works. I'm so tired and frustrated. Please, does anyone know how to fix this?
I'm using a Mac if that helps and I don't have antivirus software so that isn't the problem.
