Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Codes instead of text/ Blank text and bubbles

Yesterday I purchased the new pack (Enchanted nature). I usually play in Spanish, and after the new DLC was installed, the text from the pack was not visible, you would only see imatges eg. for the new aspirations, but everything else from the pack was empty.

I repaired the game and my game changed the language to English, no other language is available in the EA app, and my save files are can't be found in game despite they are in the save folder (it launched the game like it was the first time in my life).

I contacted the client service. They asked me to clear the cache, and also to reinstall the EA app. Nothing fixed the language bug (nor finding in game my previous saves). The agent just told me that would note the bug and escalate it. No further notice since then.

It was a long long time since I purchased a game on day release and now I remember why.
