Starting Food Sale on the residentail business lot results in LE

> Steps
1. On your home lot, create small business as usual.
2. Place any food sale stand (which you can sell food/items on) on a home lot.
3. Open your small business.
4. Click your food stand and start food sale.
5. Customers will walk to yout food stand and buy items.

> What will happen
Last Exception, when customer buy something. This error is very noticeable.
