Stop putting Vacuums in Sims inventory

I feel like vacuums shouldn’t be going into Sims inventory, and that they should go back to where you put it. Or at least give an option to not put it in the Sims inventory. 

And if you have a big household you have to buy more than one vacuum because the other Sims have them in their inventories.

The handheld ones are fine for going in the Sims inventory.
