Stuck on loading screens after building/placing a lot

For some reason I’m getting randomly stuck on loading screens after building. I’ve tried removed all mods, start a new save, tried different locations and the issue continues. I don’t know what to do...

I’m editing pre-made lots from the gallery, from restaurants, to wedding venues, residential and rental. Rental are for sure the worst. I will search the bug reports section, thank you for the help!
