Suggestions: Individual sim bios + raised character limits on bios/descriptions

Small complaints maybe, but I don't like that you can't have bios for individual sims anymore. I also feel like the character limits for description boxes are WAY too short, ESPECIALLY without being able to make individualized bios for sims in a family.
