Hate how many NPCs Sims just stand there

NPC Sims in The Sims 4 need fixing, I hate how repairmen don't do anything and literally just turn up and stand there, even when I press on them to call over they do and don't do anything when there's something that needs repairing right in front of them, this is the biggest issue in The Sims 4 for me at the moment that needs fixing!

    Does this happen each time that you call a repair man? Try checking that there isn’t anything in the way of the item that may be preventing them from getting to the item that needs to be repaired.
    Also, if you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
