What is the issue that you are having in Sulani?
Fishing is still not working.
It was fixed in a patch. Try making sure that your game is updated to the latest patch.
If your game is updated, try testing with other households in your game, and see if the issue occurs with them also.
If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
If the issue remains, try resetting your sims 4 folder, and testing in a new save game without putting back any of your data in the sims 4 folder and see if the issue remains.
