Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start the scenario Super Rich Super Villain. Get promoted in the Villain Branche. The scenario will not complete that task.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim is maxed out on the Villain Branche of the Secret Agent Career, and still te goal of the scenario will not complete. The other goal is having 500,000 simoleons but my Sim doesn't have that yet. But the other goal (getting promoted in the Villain Branche of the Secret agent Career) will not be completed even though I did complete is since I have been maxed out on the Career path.
What do you expect to see? To complete the goal. Because that's the whole point.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Sadly I can't complete the goal of the super Rich Super Villain Scenario. My sim is maxed out on the Villain Branch in the Secret Agent career and the goal is still not completed. The other goal is having 500,000 simoleons, but my Sim doesn't have the yet. So I don't know if it will complete that goal once I am there. I wanted to add the screenshot but it says the file is too big.
