Swirls above Sims
When my Sims dine out they have these little gold light bulbs and + signs swirling around them. What does that mean?
Means that they are talking to each other.

Means that they are talking to each other.
- @Krazyoldgal It usually means there is a lot bonus or lifetime reward trait increasing one of their skills.
If your lot has the "Homey" trait, it will do that when they cook or increase handiness. Different lot traits will do that with different skills. It happens when they are out traveling.
