Anyone know why I haven’t got any rent in TS4 For Rent? Via owning an apartment property? I found this is a bug nor awkward to say! I think all tenants in TS4 For Rent need to paid rent because it’s apart of our lives to pay rent. I think have a suggested that all Sims gurus must answer or read them via Twitter. I find all Sims Gurus ignored my messages when there’s a bug

Apartments in San Myshuno or elsewhere can not be used for rental units. Are you instead talking about a Residential Rental property where you are the landlord? If so rent is paid once a week.
I am having a problem with my tenants not paying rent also and I am not using any mods. For starters if I purchase the rental property not via the phone from the right side it comes up and says there are 11 units instead of 6. When I purchase it from the phone it posts correctly 6 units. Either way I do not receive rent daily or weekly NOT AT ALL!!! This is ridiculous I have never wanted a refund until now. Please fix this problem.
I believe I'm having this problem also. If the tenants are paying rent, there's no notification of it, no mail, no interaction with the tenants, etc.
