"Tend Garden" and collective "X All" options not working.

Everytime I click tend garden I get the pop up that no plants need tending despite visually seeing weeds. I can click on the plant with weeds and then specifically weed it. Multiple plant options also aren't working. "Weed area" they only weed selected plant. "Water all" only waters selected plant. "Harvest all" only harvests selected plant. Oddly sell all still works perfectly fine.
