Term Presentation Board Missing/No Prom

bmoresvolcano​  From your post I gather that you have 2 sims in university.  They are living on a lot in a world other than Brichester.  The 1st sim went to class, and you followed and when you got back to the home lot, the boards were gone.   Then the sister enrolled and got a board for one of her classes.  So, at this point you are missing the brother's project board and the sister has hers.  At this point the brother can't complete the presentation, so what you will have to do is make sure he does his term paper if he has one, go to class on time and take notes, then study as much as possible.  The sister needs to do her project, give the presentation, then go to class and take notes.  There is nothing more you can do for the brother.  There is no way to get a workable board back once one goes missing.  It might show up in the sims inventory after a reload, but you can't count on that.

My sims project board disappeared and I didn’t even move them. It was on the lot. When he went to school and came home it was gone; as soon as his sister got hers. I searched all the inventories including the homes

LC0625​ What do you mean?  Is it the prom not showing on the calendar or is the prom not happening at all or both?

In my game, there are lots of weeks where the prom does not show on the calendar, but the event still occurs on Saturday night and my teens get a pop up to attend/not attend.

LC0625​  On the project boards.  Were the boards in the sims' inventories or out when you traveled?  I'm assuming you sold the furniture when you moved so the boards may still be on the old lot if they were out of the sims inventories when you moved.  And were the boards completed?  I've lost uncompleted boards before and if you haven't done them yet, they will eventually show up on reload.  

On the HS issue.  I'm not sure what the issue is based on what you've said.  Is the issue that you are not getting invites to prom?  You need to be friends with the other teens that show up as NPCs with you at school.  Having a little red in the romance bar helps. One flirt is enough usually.  My experience is that those invites happen most often when the teen is at home, usually after school.  You'll have a classmate show up at your home lot and make the invite.  It can happen at school and elsewhere though.  Prom invites aren't connected to the allow friendly and romantic invites setting.  Those settings just cover invites like become BFFs, move in together, get engaged, get married and a couple more.
