The bills cannot be paid?

I think I found the cause of the problem in my game, I'm not sure, but my logic says so - But I can't fix it, and it's probably not my fix, but needs Sims 4's team to fix!

I discovered - that in my game, after the update, suddenly my cat was the one who had to pay the bills - aa fffing cat????? Why, how, I don't understand, I can't do anything related to the household such as paying bills, assigning a bed to a butler, etc. I can't use a cat for that!!!

EA - What do I need to do - kill the cat? Or I don't understand???

( There are so many problems in the game at the moment that it's terrible, I can't remember all of them.)Your Grim Reaper stuff doesn't work either - especially the Wednesday thing - never had any problems before that.
