How do I make this stop popping up when I am in build mode that you are missing your foot print resource?

This is what it says when I put down stuff for my high school expansion pack in my sims 4 video game on my macbook air laptop. and Also certain people in my sims 4 cannot leave their house. and How can I fix that?

Yes I am using mod and cc.
- @ScottyHino315 Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
