the sims 4, disappearing houses
could someone help me, i'm playing the sims 4 on pc & i tend to get a glitch where my houses disappear, it's happened a few times & i tend to keep having to start a new game over, this is getting bor...

This is happening to me too. No mods. I have repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem persists. Any suggestions?
Looks like this problem has resurfaced. I just started playing Sims again (I took a three month break) And have been playing perfectly fine for 3 days. Suddenly today, I made a new family and have tried to move them into three separate houses all of which have disappeared.
I have no mods or CC.
I have not tried to uninstall/ reinstall and would really like to avoid doing all of that if I can.
I have tried to take out the files, start a new game, and it's the same result. The houses start to disappear.
Did anyone ever find out what caused this?
try moving this file: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\saves_slot00000001.save to the desktop (close game first) and then restart the game.
I dont know where to find that file
In the documents folder.
What's your Operating system ?
