Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you load the game and try to access San Sequoia, it would appear as a white screen so you can't access the world. Neither can you actually rent out houses when you try to find tenants. The furniture also disappears from property marked as residential rentals.
What happens when the bug occurs? I bought the Sims For Rent this December and it isn't working. The new world San Sequoia appears as a white screen so you can't access the world. I have access to the build items but the feature to rent property doesn't work and the furniture also disappears from property marked as residential rentals which essentially renders the pack useless. I have tried everything recommended on the community boards but it still isn't working.
