The sims 4 parenthood

@anniejess, yes you will need the Sims 4 to play any of the packs for the Sims 4.  The Sims 4 is the Base Game, and all the packs are extensions of it. 😉 

Will I still be charged for the sims 4 parenthood even though I can’t play it without the sims 4?

@anniejess, you might be able to get a refund or a credit.  I think your best bet is to contact EA support.  You can try this link:

Explain to them that you thought Sims 4 Parenthood was a stand alone game and that you don't have the Base Game of The Sims 4, so the Parenthood Game Pack is useless for you! 🤭

I haven't needed to do this in years, but I think I had a problem with a mobile game that was solved over the phone. 🙂  But you might prefer to email EA or go through Facebook, etc.
