The Sims 4 Unplayable

Ever since the new update for new fairies game pack my Sims 4 game has been unplayable. I can't live drag dishes to the sink, dish washer or trash I have to manually make my sim wash them and that is only IF they don't cancel the action for no reason. Same goes for trash or animal droppings, cannot be moved to the trash. My sim can't take a pregnancy test at all or throw up in the toilet. Frequently I will select multiple tasks normally in a sequence like this: use the toilet, take a shower, and serve dinner. After my sim stands infront of the toilet she freezes but the action bar in the bottom left keeps going as if shes completing actions, even charging my sims household funds for the dinner she is cooking but my sim is very much still frozen still at the toilet. The only thing that fixes that is closing the entire game and loading it up again. I'm really disappointed i can't play it basically at all. I am on Console, Xbox, and I have 0 mods as well.
