The Sims think I'm offline when I am trying to collect event rewards.

As the title suggests, I've been trying to collect the rewards since Week 3 was released a couple of hours ago. However, the problem is that the game thinks I'm offline, even though I'm connected to ...

Hi Superwholock78​ 

From the main menu of The Sims, head into Game Options-> Other and ensure you have Online Social Features Access enabled there.

    They are enabled, and the Game still thinks I'm offline
