The Sims think I'm offline when I am trying to collect event rewards.

As the title suggests, I've been trying to collect the rewards since Week 3 was released a couple of hours ago. However, the problem is that the game thinks I'm offline, even though I'm connected to ...

I'll wait until the emergency patch tomorrow to see if the problem is fixed, though.

I've also gone through almost all the troubleshooting steps, and it still indicates that I'm offline. So yeah, still don't know what to do.
