The Vampire world (Forgotten Hollow) is completely empty.

The Vampire world (Forgotten Hollow) is completely empty. Aren't there supposed to be pre-made trailer Sims living there? All the houses are currently vacant. I am a No-CC player. I only use the T.O....

      There should be two premade families I IIRC.  Lilith and Caleb Vatore and Vlad
