Time stuck, surroundings still working but I can’t save

So basically, all of a sudden while I was playing time got stuck, the surrounding kept on going on, so you could see the sky becoming dark and clear, nature things still working etc. but my sim is stuck and if yoy try save and exit it gets stuck, if you try to exit it gets stuck.. all you can do is turn off the pc. I tried saving my sim and the dog in CAS, started a new file game and started playing there with them. After 6-7 hours of play my sim got stuck again while sleeping and whole time was x3, I don’t really know what to do because it keeps on happening at the same time 7.30am while the sim is sleeping. The game is unplayable. I do have mods and CC’s but I think they’re all up to date.
