Tome for high ranked spell casters

Hi, I'm trying not to learn the spells from Sages in Magic of Realm, because I have 6 family members in my household. 2 of them have to study for university, 2 of them have to practice motor skills and only one of them needs to learn the ultimate spell, the last one. If he reads this tomb, then will he be able to learn these 3 ultimate spells? I tried to invite Morgyn and there's no interaction to learn the spell while he is outside of Magic Realm.
