Torendi Tower Bug

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Latest
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try creating a pool in the Torendi Tower Garden
What happens when the bug occurs? When i try to create pool in the Torendi Tower Penthouse Garden, the game says i cant edit unowned area. The affected area is: when your back is facing the wall and you’re looking forward, the furthest 7/8 rows. I was able to change the fencea and delete all greenery though, even on the “unowned” land.
What do you expect to see? A beautiful pool in the corner of my garden. Aka, being able to build in the garden.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @Simplelegant i remember that pools/fountains cannot be build on areas of the tower that would stick out. example: if on the bottom floor of the building, there is an open area (like a balcony) you wont be able to build there because the pool/fountain pond would stick out of the mock bottom building. that happens on all lots. does it have an open area where you wanna do the pool?

    sorry to argue, but its a balcony. a few shots so you can see it. remember that in the corner there is a weird turn as well, since there is a building spoof corner. leaving a few shots to show you where you can place the pool and where not.
