Travelling with anything other then direct phone kicks out of world

The only way I can travel is by using my phone. Any other way it pretends it is going to load and then kicks me out to the manage worlds view, at which point if I try to load that family again it get...

    It was the corrupted Onsen bathhouse. I had to save my house to my library, open the save without Snowy Escape, save it, then open it with Snowy Escape and replace my house to fix it.

@keljopy Do you have the issue with one family only or also if you test another in that save ?

    After doing more testing, it looks like it is only in Yukimatsu. I haven't been playing elsewhere recently. I can't go to the festival there unless I go by phone. I can only travel to the Onsen bathhouse by phone. I can't do a mountain climb excursion at all. It looks like others have been having this issue for 2 years, and at least one fixed it by disabling the vampire pack. But it is all saves and all families

      Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

      Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

      If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

      Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

      Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
