UI Bug] Moodlets Showing as Blank White Circles With No Mods Installed
The bottom left disappear even with no mods installed been happening for a while with no way around to fix this so I’m coming here for help Version: 1.115.216.1230

Try repairing the game and see if that helps.
If the issue remains, try resetting your sims 4 folder, and testing in a new save game without putting back any of your data in the sims 4 folder and see if the issue remains.
