Unable to adjust body type in CAS

I am typing this.

ctrl shift C

testingcheats true

cas.fulleditmode on

Then I am shift clicking on the sim and entering CAS.  I see no option there to edit body type.  See screen shot.

That is what I am doing.

Try going to CAS using Manage Households after turning on the cheat.  Or use a dresser in live mode.  Not all ways to get to CAS will give you the ability to edit everything, even with the cheat on.  Some limit what you can change regardless.  Since you said you are using shift-click to get there, that might be one of the ways that does not allow you to edit everything.  I always go to CAS either through a dresser or through Manage Households at the map screen.
