Unable to manage world or switch mode

Question

I have not been able to manage world. I can only play scenarios and create new household but can not like on switch mode or manage worlds option. Can someone help me with this? I have already updated, reinstalled and tried all other options

What exactly happens if you try?. Are the buttons greyed out? Could you maybe add some&nbsp; scrennshots of w at you are seeing?&nbsp;
