Re: Can’t use gallery - content was created with newer game version error

Every time I try to place a lot from the gallery, the putting is greyed out and always says “Cannot place content because it was created with a newer version of the game”. I’ve restarted and reinstalled my game multiple times and I’ve had no luck. I just updated the game before starting my new household, so I don’t see why I would be having this problem.  Can anyone help?

I also use no CC or Mods, and play on console.

    This may be occurring because the latest patch update was just for PC and Mac. The patch version  for console will be released later. The builds that you are wanting to place in your game may have been created by a pc/mac simmer since the patch version for pc/Mac was released.
