Unable to purchase Dive Gear

The diver part-time job has a first promotional task that wants you to buy a diving knife from the diving gear menu at a buoy. Problem is, that option is no longer available at the buoys, so you can't get promoted in that job. Please fix.

You need to buy them from the deep water buoys, not the shallow water buoys. When you click on the deep water buoy, there should be an option then to buy a diving knife.
