Unable to save or upload a house

by save you mean add it to your local library or can you not save the save game as such ?

What happens when you try to upload ? Does it not appear ? Do you get an error message ?

What is the error message you're getting?
Do you have many lots and sims saved in your library?
How many Sims 4 save files do you have?

I've only 1  saved file 

Only 1 household and 1 house saved in the library 

The error message is server error we could not process this gallery request
