University Final Exam Issue

First off, there was no holiday during this term, so it is not the main glitch.

I have two sims that started/ended terms on a Thursday and before anyone jumps to that being the issue either, please read the whole thing.. One sim has 3 classes M/W/F - all with final exam coursework, the other has has 1 M/W/F class with final exam coursework. Wednesday comes around and I get notifications for both sims like normal that they have their final exam in an hour, they have to throw up, etc. The Sim with just the one class takes theirs no problem. The Sim with 3 classes though, can only get notifications of the final exams and take them for just 2 classes. It’s only the 3rd class for just that sim that messes up. She doesn’t get the final exam notifications for just that class, and when she goes, it’s just like attending the normal class. And it’s a Core class, so I’m worried about her failing. I’ve tried emailing the professors and they say she’s doing great, I’ve tried traveling to/clicking on the building she’s in, I’ve even tried saving after she takes the first two exams, an hour before her last class to force a third final exam notification, but nothing has worked. I’ve played to Thursday too and exited the game after checking, but Thursday is the last day of the term. 

All homework has been done, they always took notes and studied for 2 hours each time. So I don’t want her that to be wasted for her class or mess up her distinguished degree. 

I don’t know if it’s because she has 3 final exams the same day and there’s a cap? Does anyone have any advice on what to do other than just take the L?
