VERY URGENT !!

😢 I need help, my expansion packs show up to be not downloaded when I load in my game even though I have bought and downloaded my expansions in the EA app, but it's just when I load into the Sims4 they show to be "not owned" or "needs to be downloaded", further preventing me from being able to play my saved games. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the expansion along with the actual Sims4 game itself, I've deleted all my mods & everything, but it still isn't working, and I cleared the cache too in the EA app. Nothing seems to be working at all I don't understand what the problem could be, or how to solve this going forward. HELP!!!!! ☹️
