For me, I read 4 different books multiple times and my count is still on 0. I use ea app i have mods but i dont have any ideas what it could be 

Try the following

- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
- Close the game
- Copy the save game with the error from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old\Saves to the new Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
- Start your save game
- Check if you still have the error and if you do, try the double load again.
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

i did what you said (sims without mods are scary lol)
and it worked, my sim read book again about werewolves and i get 1/3 in my aspiration! so i need check my modes one by one to find out what causes this bug?

I updated 3 mods and i tried game with mods without removed any. It worked! for now... thank you crinrict​ if I get any new bugs i will be creating new post!
