White patches in my sims head?

Hey thankyou for replying. I have read all the solution on the thread you've suggested. I did all that but still the problem remain. But I do however fix it already; it turns out it is because of the graphic setting. I used to play it on high but turn down to medium recently and it messed up my game (just on cas, not gameplay). So i turn it back up to high and it fix itself! Thankgod no more white patches! (Also, please note that the patches was only on the forehead instead of full body shining so..). But thankyou anyway!
