why is my spellcaster spellbook 2 spells wont unlock

my sim cant find a tome book to strangify to learn because no book exsits as well as the clone self but she already read it and why is in the spellbook in spells are not unlocking? Need help getting this fixed only 2 spells will not unlock she cant learn anymore all has been learned. Why is this part broken? Please help

    Have you gone back to the Magic HQ and asked the Sages to teach you their Ultimate spell? It is a separate option that only shows up on them when you've reached the Master Spellcaster level. Each Sage has one and Strangify is one of those.  And there is no spell book for those 3 spells either. You must learn them from the Sages.
