@patiii432147  In theory, this hardware might be able to run the base game and some stuff packs, or even an early expansion or two on low settings.  It's not always clear exactly how a given system will handle Sims 4 though, especially when it's borderline for the game at all.

In practice, it's probably not worth the effort and money to make TS4 work.  For one thing, your version of Windows 10 doesn't allow any apps to be installed that don't come from the Microsoft Store.  You'd need to install Windows 10 Home, although would probably be free and isn't that difficult.

But the bigger issue is your hard drive.  64 GB isn't much space at all, and even the Sims 4 base game alone requires 15 GB.  Windows will take up some of that storage, as will the other apps you're using; plus, Windows itself needs some space to maneuver, certainly at least 10-15 GB for everyday use.  So you'd run out of storage pretty quickly.

The solution, in theory, would be to install the game to an external hard drive.  But even after buying one, and upgrading your operating system, you'd still be looking at a best-case scenario of running only the base game and a couple of less-demanding packs on low settings.  I'm not sure it's worth it.
