Work icon won't go away

Please test your issue on a vanilla game
To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.
- localthumbcache
- Any lastException Files
- Any LastCrash files.Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
The ones that are already stuck at work won't be back to normal just by removing mods. If you can, make those leave early and if you don't have that option, move the Sims out and back in.
