Work Outfit Issue

I'm not sure if this is happening to anyone else. My sim all of a sudden stopped changing into her work outfit. She will just change into her everyday outfit before going to work. I've tried changing her work outfit three times, as well having her quit her job then getting it again. Nothing works, she will still change into her everyday outfit. It's only her though, her husband changes into his work outfit with no problems. I'm running out of ideas on how to fix it and what could be causing it. Also, yes I have checked all of my mods. They're all up to date and I have deleted the local cache files. Nothing has worked.
