Birth Certificates?
I was bored and started looking around in the Lessons menu. I clicked on the pregnancy lesson, and at the end it stated "Your Sim will receive a Birth Certificate that you can place on the wall!" I...

Me too! :smile: I've had two pregnancies to date in my game, and in both cases, the moms gave birth at the hospital off-screen via "Send Alone" in the end. (I prefer the off-screen version of hospital births in this game so I can imagine that, in most cases at least, the mom is pushing her baby out of her naturally instead of having it plucked out of her by the surgery machine over there :sweat_smile:)
When I couldn't find the birth certificate the first time I had a off-screen hospital birth, I looked it up and discovered in another topic on here that they are only generated for on-screen hospital births...and that I could cheat for them. :grin:
Are the cheat Birth Certificates truly the same as the "legally" generated ones? Also, the second baby I've had to date is an Alien Hybrid, and I cheated for the Alien Birth Certificate after she and her parents came home. Is that "legal" for Hybrids?
