Butler sim keeps wearing this ugly thing even when she sleeps. In all outfits listed in mccc she is wearing the headphones, but when I modify her in CAS, she doesn't have them on...

agraphile did you try editing her from mccc. This is likely some cc you have that doesn't actually show in cas. I had the same problem with one of my sims once. You just have to search through all your cas items until you find them, it could be anywhere.
