I tried to build a Victorian House that had curved walls. I, too, couldn't get the curve to connect properly. This most certainly needs to be addressed by EA. It's not just you. I would bet there are more of us out there who have similar problems. A tutorial would be nice, just in case there is a 'trick' to it. I ended up using more of an angled approach to it.
