Shady NPC (Trashley Reelpearson)
Visits your sim to introduce the Small Business feature. Can also be found in Iverstad, selling you mystery boxes and Trashley's certified art. By default is bunch of raccoons in a suit called Trashley Reelpearson.

❌️ Any fame level
❌️ Ghost
❌️ Father Winter
You need to use this cheat on these sims:
traits.equip_trait trait_ShadyNPCRemember, playing with the sim again will remove their role.
