Sage of Practical Magic

This sim (by default Simeon Silversweater) is one of three sages, giving a quest to sims in order for them to become a spellcaster (if they have no connection to magic) and teaching Practical spells and all Alchemy potions. Teaches the Ultimate Spell called Rite of Ascension.
