One producer is chosen as a director of the gig (depending on the gig and director's career level). The other producers that didn't get the director role are the background characters in the movie set.

1. Producer: They only appear in the background.
2. Commercial Director: Can be the director in Commercial gigs.
3. Daytime TV Director: Can be the director in Daytime TV gigs.
4. Prime Time TV Director: Can be the director in Prime Time TV gigs.
5. Film Director: Can be the director in Film gigs.

They must be in the appropriate career level to appear as director.
✅️ Young adult or older
🟡 To appear as a producer, they mustn't be the director of the current gig.
❌️ Ghost
