benny31345 Does your computer run Windows or macOS? Do you use mods or custom content, and if so, does it help to remove the Mods folder? You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.

Hi puzzle thank you for the replay. I don’t use mods and I use window 10. No custom content. Wish there is a fix.
benny31345 Please try a new save, for comparison's sake, and let me know how it runs.
Please also provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

Hi dear puzzlezaddict, thank you for helping me. I created a new game and there was no lag! Here is the attachement to the dxdiag.
benny31345 Your dxdiag lists some potential issues, but since the new save is fine, the problem here is likely the old save, not anything about your computer overall. The next step is to try to isolate the issue. In separate tests, try moving your sims to an EA-made lot (nothing from the Gallery or your own library), and try emptying their inventories. If neither of these makes a difference, try splitting the household and see whether one sim is the problem.
You don't need to save your progress, or you can use "save as" so as not to overwrite the save. The point here is to test, not to break up what you've built.

Wish I can send you my save file but there seem to be no way. I just moved my 5 sims to a EA made house. There was no lag. I think there is something about my current lot or house that is causing the problem!
benny31345 In theory, you could use a third-party site to host your save and link it here. In practice, I don't generally test saves because I don't own all packs, so it wouldn't be a valid comparison.
What you can do from here is delete one room at a time in the house and see what helps. (Don't forget the landscaping; you can use the fence tool to make a "room" there too.) When you've figured out which room is the problem, pick through its contents. Or if the entire house is the issue, in that each room contributes something to the lag, maybe it's simply too complicated for the game to handle.
It's also worth testing this house with new sims in a new save, just to make sure the build itself is a problem and not something about it within your main save.

Thank you so much for your time and kindness! My game is now running smoothly! Take care!!!
